Does it help in improving skin?

I'm 27 and do not have much of an issue with menstrual symptoms/irregularities etc.

I'm actually looking for something which can improve my skin which is oily and has occasional breakouts.

Thus I'm wondering if progesterone can help with that?

Hi Shannon. I have found progesterone helps with oily skin and the occasional break out. It can also help in some cases of acne. We do have a web page on this you might like to read, it gives more info.
