Hi Connie We do provide details, in fact we go into great detail giving the ml and tsp equivilent. Plus how many ml and teaspoons in a tube or dose. To help 1tsp = 5ml. Please see our page on How to use progesterone cream. The chart is right at the bottom of the page. Take care Wray

Usage for cream
by: Agnes

Hi Connie,
I hope you are now feeling the benefits of the Natpro Cream, it is really an amazing cream!
I read your comment on here, regarding the usage of the cream, and like you, it was all new to me too!
Wray, is a wonderful person, who has suffered greatly herself with the condition, then gone on to use all that experience to help others!
I greatly admire what she has achieved for us all, and I am sure when the cream kicks in, you will be feeling wonderful too!.Kind regards,
Agnes.
