I am post menopausal, had a partial histerectomy at the age of about 36 but still have my ovaries. About 10 years ago the dr put me on HRT beause my blood tests showed that I was menopausal. I used that for around 8 years and then weaned myself off it. About a year or two ago I started with bio identical progesterone. I put on a lit of weithg and starting with the progesterone cream, I put on about a pind of weight almost overnight, so I started to use it twice a day instead of once. I started to shed some weight, sleep better and my overall mood was better.
I found that I have an increase in hair growth on my chin, I hope it would start to get less in a few months, but it seems to get worse and even the area increase.
Another thing is that my blood pressure is getting rewlly high. I always had low blood pressure, but now it is so high that the dr put me on blood pressure medication. Is this at any way related to the progesterone cream?
