Confused about how much cream is in one tube ?

In simple terms please tell me how many pumps I will get out of one tube ?
I am trying to figure out if I can afford this. If I need to take more than 40
mg. a day then how long will one tube last if take 400 mg. ??

Hi Laura If you're talking about the Natpro it doesn't come with a pump. It's just a tube and I suggest using a millilitre kitchen measuring spoon. These are available here. After a while you'll get used to gauging how much without the need of a spoon. If you want to use 400mg progesterone, you will need to use 12ml of cream. Do you have severe symptoms, as this is the amount I would recommend using if you do. But many women find they need less.
