25 years ago at the age of 40 I had a complete hysterectomy. I haven't slept properly since. I still sweat profusely thought the day and some nights I wake up and my whole body feel like it has just been scalded. Ice packs under armpits and between my thighs is the only relief. This generally takes about an hour and I can fall babka yo sleep.I wear an estrogen patch .5 that gets changed evert three days. I have been to many gynaecologist with no help
I am 65 and I am tired.
Thanks for listening

Complete Hysterectomy

Hi Linda

A hysterectomy should only be an option if cancer is present. It throws our bodies into hormonal chaos and puts the body straight into Menopause. Your estrogen patch is also causing adverse symptoms as you are suffering from Estrogen Dominance symptoms. All drug based HRT's have a potential to cause harm, see here. No women needs to take extra estrogen either as there is over 100 estrogen mimics in our environment as it is, see Our Stolen Future.

Usually 400-500mg of the correct progesterone concentration helps with hot flushes, once they ease up, you can slowly start to reduce the amount used, How to Use Progesterone Cream will help you to understand it more.

Do you know what your Vitamin D level is, as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. It is also connected to every single cell and it’s formation in our bodies, making it vital. Please consider having a test done.

Hope this helps you.
