Breast Cancer and Iodine

by Cheryl
(Kansas)

I had no idea that most of us here in the US is iodine deficient. The problems that being iodine deficient are enormous. Please order and read the book: Breast Cancer and Iodine by David Derry, MD, PhD. Also Dr. Brownstein has written many books on the importance of iodide.

Also when women get breast cancer it is because iodide was not present to kill the cancer cells.

Iodine or iodide
by: Wray

Hi Mary We need both, these are two complexes Dr. Ron’s Ultra-Pure and EuroPharma. The last contains Iodine 30,000mcg (30mg as potassium iodide, sodium iodide, and molecular iodine (from kelp) plus L Tyrosine 400mg. These are a few papers on iodine, see here, here, here, here, here and here. Take care Wray

lugols iodine is a good one to take orally
by: Chris

You can also buy this Lugol's iodine from here.

I take 2 drops a day in a smoothie which is 12.5mg. If you have cancer you can build up to more. Always take it with selenium 200mcg per day, magnesium 400mg, real salt about a teaspoon I put them in empty caps to make it easier and salt my food liberally. Vitamin C 2000mg. And sometime B2 and B3 are helpful. You may notice detox on higher doses of iodine to begin with. the companion nutrients will help with this.

There is a group on yahoo that discuss iodine use, the owner of the group recovered from breast cancer with iodine. (Apologies but link no longer active)
