Bio-identical progesterone cream

by Tanya
(Australia)

I have been using a bio-identical progesterone cream which I rub on the skin, have been using this since beginning of May.

I can't say that I feel all that great. Was wondering if I ordered that Natpro progesterone cream do I have to wait until the current cream is out of my system? Or can I start using it as soon as I get it?

Bio-identical progesterone cream

Hi Tanya No you won't have to wait. But I'm guessing the amount you are currently using is far too low. It needs to be between 100-200mg/day of progesterone, are you using somewhere within this range? If not you need to increase it, but before you do, please see this page on Oestrogen Dominance, this can occur and is disconcerting if it does. Another page you might like to look at is How to use progesterone cream. Take care Wray

Confuse

I am 49 years old going on 50 this year. I still have regular period every month but since I reached the age of 48 I have so many symptoms of menopause. Considering I have regular period, am I peri-menopausal or pre-menopausal?

I tried serenity, oasis progesterone cream and now Natpro (my third tube). But still I have so many symptoms.

Please help.
