Bad depression

by Catharina Bellekom
(New Zealand)

I am a 74 female and have suffered from bad depression over the last five years. I've also put on about 15 kilos which I just cannot lose.

I've just had the results from a saliva test and the progesterone level is low 1.1 as it should be 5. I have an appontment on October the 16th but I want to do something now. This appontment is with Patient Advocate and it's expensive. I also need a doctors visit and prescripition for natural hormone replacement. I hope you'll be able to help me. Thank you.

Hi Catharina. We have many people using the cream in New Zealand, and none have had problems receiving it, so I see no reason for you too. If it's for your own use there is no need for a prescription. In case you should wish to try the cream here's the link to the order page.

If you have bad depression you might need to get some tryptophan too, it's the precursor amino to serotonin, which is always low in depression. Serotonin is involved in appetite too, so might help the weight. You could have developed a blood sugar problem, please have a look at this web page.
