Dear Wray,
I hope u can help?? I've been back & forward to GP for a year now, initially with the concerns about fertility ( fell straight away with 1st child 9 years ago, miscarried next at 8 weeks, then fell pregnant with 2nd child (22 months apart) my periods have gone for 28 days on the dot for years to shorter ones, to 30 day,34 day then 56 days till 2 weeks of light spotting ( brown) then occasional bleeds in the day when using toilet, to a very heavy flooding period with clots day & night after 9 days GP prescribed Transamic acid ( wrong spelling) after a few day bleeding stopped, but just noticed after a day & night blood free spotting has returned (red blood ) I have recently had ultra sound & blood tests which all are fine ( apparently?!) I an due to see GP tomorrow , but have just discovered your page. Can you help ?? Holly

Hi Holly

You are now in Peri-Menopause when the cycle does go crazy and is the natural process of the body. It can be a difficult time for most women, progesterone needs to be used every day when in Peri-Menopause and Menopause. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream and Estrogen Dominance.

Do you know what your Vitamin D3 level is, a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. The Pregnancy page may also help you.

I hope this helps.
